Carrara tutorials

I've just downloaded the carrara 2 demo. The interface is totally bewildering at the moment. I've downloaded some useful pdf from the eovia site. However I am looking for detailed beginner tutorials so I can start to get a bit of a handle on this program. I've searched google but I am unable to find anything that is useful for someone unfamiliar with the program.

Any suggestions?

RE: Carrara tutorials

A few tutorials are mentioned on the Eovia website in the Support area. They are mostly located on this mirrorsite: http://www.carrarastudio.com/tutorials

Check the Little Planet tutorial set, the spaceship (skip part 1 which uses Amapi 6.1 unless you want that one too), or the 3D text logo tutorial.

I have a bunch more listed here:   http://www.staigerland.com/amapi/carrara

and I have found similar link lists at some sites which make plugins for Carrara (Zenstar or Digital Carvers Guild I think, don't remember for sure).
