Hemishperical Fisheye Images

I’ve just spent ages looking for a hemispherical fisheye image. All I can seem to find are angular fisheye images and text based descriptions of the difference between the two. Most people are using angular fisheye lenses these days. I’m trying to write the fisheye to perspective transform for the hemispherical lens so that I can automatically create panoramic views in Quicktime VR. The problem is that I don't yet have a lens. This means that I really could do with a good sample image to work with.

Can anyone tell me how to get hold of one?
