I have consulted my manuals, but I still cant figure out why I am getting this error code. please help

Are you using Cook or Interalia announcers? If so, when the announcers are taken off-line to record, the Err220's will be generated while the unit is off-line.

Hi Phonevirgin,

Its true, this is because one of your RAN announcer are put off-line. The error code will be followed by the RAN route. Check the route. Maybe its an old programming which was never removed.
