Deleting Voice mail Message

(OP)
Is there a way to delete a voice mail message before it is done? Like on a cell phone where you can , in my case, hit 7,7 to delete the message while listening to it without it being heard all the way through. It becomes a problem, for instance when someone calls from a cell phone to leave a message and forgets to end the call..this actually happened,,the message was 20 minutes of dead air, and could not be deleted until it ran all thw way through. We have Norstar M7310 sets using Octel voicemail system,,any help is greatly appreciated...

Thanks,

Sean

RE: Deleting Voice mail Message

If your using Octel voicemail, press 33 during the messang and you will go to the end of the message, then 7 to delete.
