I have a Zip drive. So I just selected that folder as one of the folders to be backed up.
At work, I have (from explorer), just copied the folder like any other folder to somewhere else.
When you reinstall FP, just move the folder back to where FP looks for it.
There may be other ways to do this, but this worked for me.
