Does anyone know if all the Meridian 1 error-codes
with classification (severity) is available
in an electronic format??

We log all messages from our Meridian 1 systems
and would like to have an automatic scan for
major and critical errors, but then we need to
know what codes are critial and major....

Thanks in advance for any clues!

RE: Nortel Meridian 1 Errorcodes

you can go into overlay 117 and print both the EDT and EPT tables, that will show you how they are currently classified.

Yes and no...

That is OK if i look for a spesific error,
but not so easy to use in a logfile-scanner
on a UNIX-machine...

I'm looking for a complete list of all these
codes with explanation and severity..

ghtrout.com has a link to the merl library and the error messages.  I don't know if you just want them on your pc.

Do you not have a copy of merl?
