What would be the best way for a user that has a guest mailbox to access their mailbox remotely. More specificially after hours when the attentent is gone and they get the AA? Thanks in advance.

RE: Guest Malibox Access

Anytime they get one of the greetings from either an auto attendent or an individual mailbox they can dial * * followed by their mailbox and then their password, end it with a #. an example would be if mailbox 21 with password 1234 were to call in when they heard a greeting they could then dial the following string * * 2 1 1 2 3 4 #. they would then have access to their mailbox. voice prompts then follow for instructions.

Hey thanks for the info. Much appreciated. I can give this to one of our customers.
