Integration with Goldmine question

Integration with Goldmine question

Integration with Goldmine question

(OP)
I am a MS Partner and Goldmine reseller that has a client that would like to integrate their Goldmine application with their Meridian 11c.

They would like to have inbound calls Pop the contact record in Goldmine and dial outbound calls from contact record in Goldmine. My question is, does Meridian have any link or API that allows us to control the handset, or line, or ???

I am really at ground zero with my knowledge of Nortel. We have done this before with Artisoft Televantage, but that is an NT based telephony solution, so how do I do the same in Meridian world? Thanks in advance.

RE: Integration with Goldmine question

HOLA, EXISTE UN PRODUCTO LLAMADO FASTVIEW, QUE INTEGRA CUALQUIER APLICACION BAJO WINDOWS 95 CON LA CENTRAL TELEFONICA MERIDIAN OP 11C. CREO QUE ESTE PRODUCTO SE ENCUENTRA DISCONTINUADO, PERO TAL VEZ PUEDAS CONSEGUIRLO.

RE: Integration with Goldmine question

HELLO, A CALLED PRODUCT FASTVIEW EXISTS, PERHAPS THAT INTEGRA ANY APPLICATION UNDER WINDOWS 95 WITH POWER STATION TELEFONICA MERIDIAN OP ÇÇ. I BELIEVE THAT THIS PRODUCT IS DISCONTINUED, BUT YOU CAN OBTAIN IT.

This is the Altavista translation:  I know this is used on both sides of the pond, so if you need a quick translater and don't have this one, it works alright.
