Please be kind to this humble newbie admin. I'm having trouble tracking down where callers get routed when they press 0 when hearing the greeting for a specific subscriber. Details:

For most subscribers, pressing 0 transfers the caller to the system-parameters features:Covering Extension. But on one particular subscriber (the extension is x-ported and covers to a coverage group), pressing 0, when hearing the greeting of the mailbox, transfers to the greeting of another mailbox. It's a generic mailbox with a generic greeting that sounds like several we have, so I can't tell the subscriber in question.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

In the Intuity look on the subscribers form. In the lower right hand side will be an entry for a cover extension. That is where the "0" out option is going.

Thank you jimbojimbo for the suggestion. That answer got me in the right direction. On this subscriber's form, there is a 3rd page (unlike other subscribers) that lets one specify fat finger options. I missed this the first time around, and I don't know what option turns it on: x-ported station? I guess that's another post.

Jbud,

Page 3 on the subscriber form is added if you change the permission type to auto-attendant or bulletin board on page 2.
