You shouldn't have any trouble getting system specific training from a partner although they may want to charge more as they will have to create new user materials. I am in the UK and all the training here is done based on the setup of the site that you are at. I think it works differently in the US. Speak to your partner about it. Depending on where you are I may be able to put you in touch with independent consultants who would be able to do great plains training for you normally at a lower rate than a large partner.
