I have access to a leased line from a service provider, presently at 64K, what is the minimum banwidth I would need to have voice,Data LAN and Vedio conferencing on this via a multiplexer or a mutifunction unit

RE: for a service provider-ISDN line what is the minimum bandwith required

You can't have too much bandwith for video. If you have more than a couple of users, then you should upgrade to 128K ISDN to handle your needs. If you have more that an few users that want to do video conferencing on the LAN then you need another alternative such as T-1 or xDSL.
