What, specifically, are you trying to do?
Remedy has a couple API options, C and Java, depending on the Remedy version you have the Java option may/may not exist.
Another example, some SNMP products (Spectrum, HP-Openview) have Remedy modules (using the APIs) to integrate without any development.
Also, Remedy usually sits on top of an RDBMS database. You can get at the data that way, albeit cumbersome.
There are also some 3rd party packages that are designed to integrate with Remedy for very specific functions (paging, ticket creation, etc.)
Describe what you are attempting and I might be able to give you better advice.
