Raptor Mobile with Cable Modem
Raptor Mobile with Cable Modem
(OP)
Kinda doubting a definate answer, but I'll throw it out here anywayz.
We need to support many home users. More and more, home users are using cable modems to connect to the Internet and our internal network.
My problem is this-
Raptor Mobile seems to have a mind of it's own when connecting to the firewalls through the cable modem. Pinging goes through fine, but the firewall connectivity just cannot connect to the servers 100% of the time.
About 1 times out of 10, it will connect and create the tunnel, but not 5 minutes later, all internet conections are dropped, VPN's and normal internet.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.

You could call them to confirm this, and hassle them if you think it might make a difference.
Good Luck,

It is strange though that they connect and drop the tunnel after a specified period of time. I wonderr if you are even going into the tunnel or if it is being routed somewhere else. What does the log on the FW say?
