Fireworks 4 text editor bug

Fireworks 4 text editor bug

Fireworks 4 text editor bug

(OP)
For a while I've been having terrible trouble with the Text Editor in Fireworks 4. For example, if I select some text, change it to bold or whatever and press OK, the text hasn’t changed to bold. There are numerous other weird things that happen as well – mostly to do with changing the properties of some selected text.

I have seen this bug on different machines – fast and slow with different copies of the program. I downloaded the update from Macromedia, which claimed to fix some bugs – but not this one.

Does anybody else have this problem - or even better a fix for it?

RE: Fireworks 4 text editor bug

sometimes i just cant take it...then i realize its already to late
