CentreVu Supervisor VDN Call Profile Report

I have just been asked to change the service level intervals for a couple of our VDN'S. Is there anything I need to be aware of before doing this? I do not want to change this at the moment if it means the VDN statistics for today will be ruined.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Anytime you make a change to the reporting system like your asking it will. Try making the change at the begining of the day.....and let the person know before hand that it still might have an effect on the reports. Wisdom is Knowledge
