Retrieving a deleted foldter

One of our employees has inadvertently deleted a folder from Explorer.  It is not in the recycle bin.  Any ideas on how to restore?  (a prompt answer would be most appreciated - we are preparing for survey!)  Thanks

Like I said, it's still within Tek-Tips.  And there's a mention of a program that could do what you're asking for see the response, I think its by ALT255.
