Network Neighbourhood

Network Neighbourhood

Network Neighbourhood

I do not have a Network - there is only me at my home PC.
I recently had a German Worm virus  I had to get rid of it by uninstalling my e-mail programme (Incredimail) and re- downloading it. However it has left me with a problem.
When I log on, I get a message that I have to either redownload the programme (They say it is called Netware) or remove several things from my registry - which as a 4 year novice I can not do.
What I would really like to do is to get rid of the Network stuff as I do not need to connect to any other computer.
Can I do this? - so far I have only succeded in creating a second grey window just off my desktp to the right.
Do these these things I have to get rid of pertain to Network?
Also it will not load
which I have redownloaded from the Internet so I do have it.
