Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get the pin-outs for a Symbol LS5700 serial (RS232C) cable.  I have been dealing with several scanners and it has been a real pain trying to chase down pinouts. Any serial pinouts for other scanners would be great also.

Thanks for any help,

Gomemphis

DougP,

I have spent a lot of time searching through their site and online/downloadable manuals/documents without finding any pinouts for the LS5700. I have also emailed them without any response as of yet.  I may be mistaken but it appears they are not in a big hurry to provide me with the information required to build my own cables.

Could you be more specific as to where on their site I might find them?  It wouldn't be the first time I overlooked something.

Thanks,

Gomemphis

RE: Symbol Cable Pin-outs.

Amazing with all that information there is not one page with pin outs

Call this number, it was in one of the manuals

1-800-653-5350
I did not call them about your scanner but I have spoken to them about others.

DougP, MCP
