I would like to know how to cancel Do Not Disturb feature. I have tried Feature#85 but it did not work. Please help!

Feature # 8 5 should cancel the do not disturb. since it dosen't try this: assign a button as Do Not Disturb then use the button to turn it on / off. If this still dosen't work try taking a different style of phone than the one that currently is on the station and swap the station out, then try canceling DND and returning to the original phone. This would force the station to reset back to default configuration.

If your system is newer be sure you are not set to DND on busy and are testing this while off hook....
If all else fails put an M7100 on the extention. This will overwrite the whole programming set. The 7100 method is useful where you do not have access to maintenance functions which alow port disable.
