how to add special effect in borland C++. such as add 'shining' or flashing' on the text??? based on C. can it? how thanks

RE: Special Effect in Borland C++

I've seen these things done in commerical add-ons for BCB (e.g., Woll2Woll's 1st Class). I don't think these are possible with the standard VLC. I believe it is done with MS's API.

RE: Special Effect in Borland C++

Correction
On Borland's site, in their Community, there is an article entitled "Manipulating Pixels with Delphi's ScanLine Property." This describes how to use ScanLine for special effects.
