I want to try developing software for PDA(s).I want to know if anyone could name me a few tools for software development for PDA(s).I know Windows CE is one.Are there others.I would be grateful if someone would list a few for me.

Are you looking for developement tools or platforms you can develop for?  Windows CE is a platform you can develop for.  The Palm OS is probably used even more widely than Windows CE (They may be about equal now?).  If you're looking for developement tools you'll first need to choose a platform.
