Clausen---Green Feature?

Clausen---Green Feature?

Clausen---Green Feature?

(OP)
Clausen,

You gave me some advice on "Intuity Audix Green Feature" awhile back, in regards to changing the hunt-group pg 2. Do you know what your Subcriber screen looks like? Page1 and Page 2??? They've (Denver) turned it on, but not "up". They left me to do that part, but I don't have the documentation, and rather than spending alot of time chasing my tail, perhaps you can throw a me a bone...

Thanks in advance-
Chris

RE: Clausen---Green Feature?

Once the feature is activated on the Intuity (requires a restart) the voicemail portion is done.  You can go look at the installed packages and the new packaged should be listed.  On the pbx side, on page two of the audix hunt group form set the field send calling party to audix to yes.  This will activate the ani for the Intuity.  Let me know if you still have problems and we can talk if necessary to fix the problem.
Thanks

Chris

RE: Clausen---Green Feature?

Can anyone tell me what this 'Green Feature' is?

Thanks in advance!

(To answer MCOPINI: This green feature will allow CPN to be sent to audix, and announce that number as if it were an extension, rather than a received call - basically)

Still having problems with this... I've checked/double checked that "Calling Party Numer to INTUITY AUDIX?" on page 2 of our Hunt Group is set to "y".

I spoke to tier III and they mentioned that there is something that needs to be done in the Intuity to make this work. I've noticed on page 2 of the subscriber screen in Audix, there is an additional option for Permision type: "Disclaimer". Are you familiar with this?? So now I have "auto-attendant", "bulletin-board", "call-answer", "disclaimer", & "none" for options... I've never seen that before. I set my account for disclaimer to see if it worked, and no-luck there...

Any further help would be GreaT!

Many thanks in advance!

I may have uncovered the mistake. It looks as though Denver activated "Call Answer Disclaimer" rather than "Calling Party Number"... I don't even know what Call-answer-disclaimer is... oh well..

Will keep you posted as to my findings...

Thanks for all your help.

RE: Clausen---Green Feature?

Is there a charge to activate the 'calling party number' permissions option?

RE: Clausen---Green Feature?

On the Intuity Yes , on the Definity No, activate it on the hunt group form.  FYI Turning on the feature on the Intuity does require a stop and restart.

Thanks
Chris

There is a charge on the Intuity, and it falls in the range of $2k... (Denver activates it)We've done it, but we're still only capturing about 30% of our calls. I think I need to reprovision our LD-T1 with caller ID?
