Automatic EMAILing Solution - INFO??

Automatic EMAILing Solution - INFO??

Automatic EMAILing Solution - INFO??

I am trying to EMAIL certain reports each day at 11:00 PM. I would like the report to run, dump the contents in to the EMAIL BODY and send to a group of individuals. Will Seagate Info handle this?

RE: Automatic EMAILing Solution - INFO??

Reports are handled as attachments, you'd have to code this yourself.

RE: Automatic EMAILing Solution - INFO??

Is there a way to get a demo of this software (Seagate Info)?

RE: Automatic EMAILing Solution - INFO??

Perhaps you can get ahold of a copy of Seagate Info 7, there was a freebie 50 user license version that was distributed through 2000.

There may even be a website you can d/l it from, I doubt that Seagate will allow you to still register it, but I doubt they can prevent you from using it either since it states right on the CD cover that it is free software.

Good luck.

What are your using to do your mailing?

RE: Automatic EMAILing Solution - INFO??

I know it was a long time ago, but did you find a way to put report output into the body of an email?
