How do I set up a hyperlink so that when the user is viewing the page with his/her cursor on a hyperlink(without clicking) that a tooltip pops up displaying some text?
Any help is appreciated...thks

The way I understand your question, you would need to do 1 of 4 things:

1. Visit http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex5/texttool.htm for what you are looking to do

2. Visit
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex5/scrolltool.htm

3. Visit http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex5/popinfo.htm

4. You could also always create images out of your text links then give them alt text.

Keep in mind that while choices 1, 2, and 3 are cool, it can only be used for version 4+ browsers.
