Remove password on 3903 phones

How do you remove the password on a 3903 phone. The password option is used when the end user sets it in the Directory/Log application..

The end user has left the company and I have not been able to clear the password or even gain access.

So I checked out LD 32...
I think I'm not clear as how to enter the info into the PBX correctly.

I did:

Ld 32
cpwd (entered the TN) carriage return.

I also tried Ld 20 since the overlays are linked.
But I tried to do it as an easy change.

Nothing worked, and when the Directory/log button is pressed on the M3903, it still wants a password.

Any suggestions,

When you reset the password, it defaults to 12345678. Once you enter the password in the phone, you can either turn off the password or change it
