If you use standard Meridian 1 ACD you can not use the supervisor terminal to force the agent in Not Ready mode. If <you use a symposium call centre you can set up call presentation to do the following: if the phone rings for 10 secs you automatic return the call to the queue and you can put the set on not ready.
You can log out the set via the disable enable command in LD 32. But then you need addtional to the SPV Terminal a systrem accsess.
