Duplicate Output in Print Preview

(OP)
I have created a report that shows the number of service days (i.e., difference between date received and date released) in ranges of "1 to 7 days", "8 to 14 days", etc...

I have supporting queries that:
1. calculate the differences between the dates entered
2. count the number of items falling into each range
3. calculate the overall average number of service days
and one that draws all of the above queries into one to support the report.

The calculations are all being performed correctly. The problem is that in Print Preview, and the printed output for that matter, I get as many pages of identical output as there are records in the table.

Everything I need is on the first page.  How do I stop the duplicate results?

Thank you.
