Have question created new call flow all is working fine. Except for if a agent leaves his phone available and a call comes in after 4 rings call goes off his phone. But caller just hears ringing never goes to the group VM box and user is not set to aux work. Have other call flows that this works fine and created this on the same but I must have missed something. Any ideas on how to correct this.

RE: Vectoring

Hi, I'm not quite sure what you mean by created new call flow but it almost seems like you need to set the number of rings and the Ring On No Answer (RONA) Extension in your Hunt Group form. Did you create a new Split?

RE: Vectoring

I created new Vector and yes I do have RONA set to 4 rings. I do not see where to place a vm extension to route the calls to after RONA kicks in.

RE: Vectoring

Hi Stug,  I've attached a sample of how I have mine set up.
When RONA kicks in I send it back to the main VDN Ext. (Hunt Group form Page-2 "Redirect to VDN:") so that it has a chance of being answered. If no Available agents are in then step 32 sends it to our General Mailbox. (Split 10 is the Audix Hunt Group number and extension 8333 is the MB Ext.) Hope this helps!

24 goto step 32 if available-agents in split 52 < 1
25 queue-to     split 52  pri m
26 stop
32 messaging    split 10  for extension 8333

RE: Vectoring

Try this...

Ch hunt group XX   (on page 2)

Redirect on No Answer (rings): 4
Redirect to VDN: XXXX

Redirect the RONA's to a vdn and then you can process the RONA'd calls however you want.

If you don't redirect to a VDN then the caller will hear constant ringing until the next agent becomes availible.
