SCPLUS for TIVOLI

SCPLUS for TIVOLI

(OP)
hello

i actually have a problem with SCPLUS for Tivoli

we used the troubleticket.sh which is installed from the scplus adapter.
so sometimes when we click on troubleticket in the console, it hangs and i do not know why if i compile the rulebase with trace i see nothing cause the rulebase is at this time not considered.

if it works, then i get all the time an entry in database

Line 1: Cannot parse value: does not match enum definition

has anyone an idea how i can find out more about the problem.

please help thanks

joe

RE: SCPLUS for TIVOLI

Hi,

it looks like you have a problem with your maps. You have to check your map for "problem open" and check the matching of TEC Attributes to sc Feldnames, "failing parse values" leads to the assumption that the TEC slots values are not correctly mapped in SC.
Elsewhere you can check your Trouble_Ticket.sh script if you want to know, where it is hanging.
