I'd like to change colors of windows components in a applications in an other way than <control.background=color>, because that makes the screen flicker due to an implicit repaint, and I have to repeat the change for each element on the screen.<br>
So I'd like to touch directly the palette.<br>

Can someone point me to efficient exemples or docs on the web or by sending it to me.<br>
