All,

I upgraded my JAZ drive to the MO, and in doing that I also had to upgrade my software (5.1) for the drivers. After all was said and done, I can't seem to "dial-in" to the Intuity from a remote machine. It goes through the hand-shaking negotiation, but then it just hangs at the blue screen, with a blinking cursor. The connection status at the bottom of DSA says connected, but I can't do anything. Any ideas???

Thanks~

May be...try to log in manually as opposed to automatically. Hit enter after it connects and then the login-ptompt shoukld appear.
What kind of Default Emulator did you put in the connections properties?
Put it up here and let me know what happened. Good luck. Kind Regards,
Maarten Copini

If you have an RMB board on your system, there is a reset button on the RMB (Remote Maintenance Board)itself. They sometimes do lock up and need to be reset. I haven't got one close to look and see which button the reset is, but it may be marked on the board itself. Reseting the RMB board does not reset the Intuity, just the RMB board. I would not press the reset button on the RMB, it on the back of the machine, until you are absolutely sure as to where the button is located.

Hope this helps

Chris
