I have set a 8410D telephone set to see all the ques in the customer service group. I added this extension to the pickup group and hunt group that its suppose to be in. I cant seem to pickup on the calls. Any idea what else I can do to be able to pick up on these calls. I know that the call master requires the agent to be logged in. In the case of the 8410D its not logged in or anything so that is why I am assuming why it cant pick up on the calls. Any ideas or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
