Read XML file using JDeveloper

Hello,

I'm new to JDeveloper and need to read an existing XML file and present it for view/edit. I could hard code it, but I would have thought ORacle would have allowed me to design the screen via dtd and then using the actual file presented at runtime to show the data.

Has anyone done this?
