Received a great countif from you fine people the other day that when placed in column H (Panels)
and manually(blah) copied down tested if column G (Pieces) had non-zero's to multiply it by 40.

My boss says:
The sheet ultimately needs to be sorted by column D (Department).  Then only applying the countif  (shown above) if column D contains a department name listed in the vlookup table located in column K.   Then subtotaled (using SUM) for every change in column D (Department), results summary placed below data in column G (Panels) and column H (Pieces).
