Music on hold volume

I've had a complaint that our muzak on hold is too loud. It's not, but if poosible I have to recitify. Is there a way to turn the volume down on the switch? G3Si, CD player sadly has no volume control...

No.. generic domestic CD player, if quite a good one.

I don't know if it's relavent but there's supposed to be a resistor between the cd player and where it's patched. This is maybe what's causing the problem.

You could always install a volume control (fader pot) between the CD player and the G3
