AS of January 5th 2002, Area code 847 will have to start dialing 11 digits for local calls because of the new area code 224 that is going to "overlay" the area. I just talked to Avaya help desk Friday. They charged us $130.00 to make 15 minutes worth of changes and they didn't know if it was going to work until we tried it. Anyone needing help with this... leave me a message at SM@PriesterAv.com .... If you can program the switch... It's not much changes.

I would suggest going to the web site. Select On Line Services. Then select Documentation. Then select ELMO Archives. It will display search options.
Options:
Document Titles only (e.g., Intuity Audix Feature Descriptions)
Document Number (e.g., 585-305-703 or CSH4785)
Entire Document search (e.g., audix AND maintenance)
Select Document Number and enter 555-200-510.
This will give you the document you are after. Hope this helps.
