Hello ...

I have VMPro 11.1.3.1, Menu Option with Greeting Message and Voices, the customer want the customer to hear all Greeating message and choices then after end of this to enter the selection, I found this

Allow prompts to be interrupted by Tones If selected, the callers can press tone keys to make selections during the playing of the actions entry prompts.

Ok, I unselect it, but when the Greeating finished the enter choice still not working.

if the vice versa of this option not working, why this option is here ?
