ACCS & Screenpop

(OP)
Hello ...

I have a Customer have CM6.0 with Elite call center, now we replaced it with Avaya IPOSE and ACCS.
with call center elite, the customer use the following link for CRM on Avaya one-x agent for Caller ID and its working.

http://192.168.236.21/openbpmv3/login.aspx?mob_num...

Now, I tell the customer that this link not working with ACCS as they need new integration.

what should the customer do or I tell her for success this link, or is there a possibality for this to work with any modify on it

Thanks

RE: ACCS & Screenpop

Hi Brian,

I haven't tried it but you should be able to screenpop a URL within Agent Desktop and use the various
call intrinsics such as CLI to pop it.
Configured in the Multimedia Admin utility, Agent Desktop, Basic & Advanced screenpops.

Good luck!
Alan
