lisence activation problem ACWIN 2QIP

Respected Sir, I have Hipath 4000 v7 using since 2015 perfectly. Some days ago a problem accured in Attendant Console PC. I formated windows and reinstall windows 7 also reinstall AC WIN 2Q IP , CLA & CLM. I have offline .LIC files. Now when I try to activate lisence of AC WIN 2Q IP with offline .LIC file in CLM , it says " lisence is already activated " OR " lisence is linked to another locking id" and do not activate lisence.
Please give me some solution.
Thanks in advance

RE: lisence activation problem ACWIN 2QIP

According to my experience, you can actually install and activate the acwin-ip lic file without using CLM. You can try the following: uninstall CLM, and then enter the license agent installation directory (the default is c:\programfiel(x86)\licensing\license agent \, first delete the files in the directory of 'license' , and then copy the LIC file corresponding to your PC MAC Address to the directory 'import' , the lic file will automatically disappear within a few seconds after being copied to the directory, and at the sametime it will Generate a new xml file in the license directory. If nothing unexpected happens, your license installation and activation problems can generally be solved.
Good Luck!

RE: lisence activation problem ACWIN 2QIP

uninstall CLM,CLA and Java

Install Java 6.38
CLM V1 R14.0
CLA V1 R28.0

Check the license MAC ID and PC MAC ID are same.

May be they prior configuration may change the PC MAC.
