What i dont understand is why i cant find it on the NEC website. Even the distributor that we were working with did share the file since i am out of warranty and no maintenance contract.
And regarding choose the region. Honestly i dont know if it is universal and i can choose a region since i have never had the setup file before. I only found a us version on the web v12 and tested it but did not connect.
