Verint.DPA.DCUBrowserService.exe High Memory Usage in Citrix Environment

(OP)
We had an incident of high memory usage in citrix environment for DPA users
When looking at the servers at the time of the incident, a process called “Verint.DPA.DCUBrowserService.exe” that was causing the high Memory usage on 3 citrix servers.
We opened a support ticket from avaya/verint to get to the root cause of the issue but nobody seem to know how to assist us.

Is this a known issue?
We had to kill and restart the service in order to remediate the issue.

WFO: 15.2
DPA: 15.2.219
Citrix Version: Windows Server 2016 version 1607

Thanks!
