Extend Disk Volume in Application Server in CentOS6

I have Application Server R9.1

I increased the volume size in Hyper-V, but i dont have the commands to extend the partition in Application Server CentOS6

Can someone please give a list of commands to extend the volume, i tried using growpart, but i dont think this has this function.

I gave up and just installed a new hyper-v application server and restored most of my settings
