What release?

Try 982 instead of 985 on older releases.

Also through the browser Callpilot Manager, reset the password for mailbox 102.

4.0 Doing f985 738662/266344. It works on my test BCM wont at site.
I know why I can't log in, someone changed the 266344 and the 985 wont reset it that only resets the 10020000.

Confused!, your Subject Line and original post both say your trying to reset the Callpilot, yet you point out that:
"985 wont reset it that only resets the 10020000."

10020000 "IS THE" F983 login! (Callpilot Admin via Telset)
The default login for F983 when at 4 digit DN's is 10020000
To change that then log into mailbox 10002, ADMIN/PSWD

Exception: If using the web browser to program then you cannot leave the system manager mailbox (1002) at default for security reasons, you must change it.
If you were to change the password to 1965 then:
F983 Log: is 10021965
Web browser login is: user= nnadmin password= 1965


Doing "f985 738662/266344"
F985 does not required a password, only when the secret options 7 (for 982) and 9 (983) are pressed, but that would be the RESTESXXXXX.
