Dear Forum Members/Supporters

I new on NEC SL2100 and have a few question :-
1. I found that when i call the office, and i hang up, then i call back...it will show the line is busy....
but after 1 minute i think...i can call back...
(is this can be set when i hang up..then i can immediately call without waiting about 1 minute?)

Auto Attendant
1. Can this model do - if the external/customer call to the office, Auto Attendant running..customer choose which extension...if that chosen ext no answer...it will forward to another extension.
2. when holiday, and Auto Attendant running..customer choose which extension...can it forward to mobile no. ?
3. Can Auto Attendant repeat the voice until time up? or at lease repeat once if no key press?

First that's a line disconnect issue. You need to contact the carrier for that.

Yes all that can be done.

tq for reply...need to check fact here because supplier said cannot be done

but for no 1, if direct phone...no waiting period, i call, hang up then call back...immediately ringing
if connect to pabx nec sl2100...the problem occur...mybe can set 21-01?

when i test call with my phone to nec sl2100(office)(try ring group ext 100 only)...then i hang up my mobile phone..
it still ring ext 100 overthought i already hang up...i need to pick up phone ext 100 and then hang up...then the line disconnected...
if not...it will continue ringing until 60s the the line disconnect

i try another new nec sl2100...did same..did not change any setting...
its ok...after hang up phone...the ext 100 immediately not ringing..mybe setting bcause the previos one i already reset...btw tq for feedback
