Hello NEED some help with an upgrade from CM 5.2 to R10

(OP)
Avaya CM5.2.1 Duplex CM Server Upgrade to R!0
Non Sip Enviroment but want to propose a Sip Solution . I have a Core Site DC and a Survivable Core SITE DC with two Remote Sites
Survivable CORE DC
Duplex CM ESS SERVER
2 G650- Upgrade to G450
8 PRI's to the PSTN
No endpoints at site

Remote Site 1 2 G650 gateways
1 S8300-C LSP- Uograde to 8300E
(200)4621 Ip Phones
(40) 8410 digital phones
(1) soft Console
(10) analog endpoint
2 Local T'1's
35 agents at this site
What endpoints would be the best recommendation and SIP or H323?
What is my option if we do not want to bring SIP to this site but the carrier is forcing us to SIP. How do I handle the trunking requirements?
