RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

IF the calls are working from 4K to X8. then the trunk and channels must be up.
THerefore it is not a protocol issue.

If the X8 definitely routing the calls correctly?
My gut instinct would be routing issue, either the incorrect digits are being received or the calls are not going via the correct trunk.
What traces / logs do you have?

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
hi dear Thepfy
I disabled the LCR tick.
I defined the access code, I get a number from X8, the LED of the E1 card flashes on both devices, but 4000 does not ring. show busy on the X8 phone.
Do I have to define DID in 4000?
Please tell me how I should do this.
best regards

hello everybody
please help me about this problem .thank you for your advance .
how shall I setting incoming call in 4000 v10.
I don't have any problem incoming call in Hipath 4000 V7 .I only have this problem in Openscape 4000

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

The Extensions that are on the X8 have to be added to the V10
A route (CD RICHT) should be setup to allow dialling from the V10 to the X8

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
Hi Dear sbcsu
thank you for your answer My question.
call from V10 to X8 are Ok but from X8 to 4000 not ok.
License,LCR,Date, and setting in X8 are ok .V10 License is on Grace period too.
thanks a lot

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

The RDS trace from the 4K would be more use here, because it would show exactly what digits the 4K has received. You could try that but I think on V10 R0 RDS had problems, it might not work properly.
Looks like you get a CALL PROC but there is no ALERT. 4K thinks it has enough digits to start processing but then can't, it finds nothing it can ring with the digits it has.

Either you are sending the wrong digits from OSBiz, or you send the correct digits but you have not added them properly in WABE on the 4K.

Protvar "ETSI" is a strange choice for networking to X8, I would have expected ECMAV2 segment 8, i.e full QSIG both sides. But ETSI will work, at least I would not expect it to cause this problem you have now.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

By default, for a CO-call, OSBiz sends the trunk code
to the line (echoall - E1A). There may be a problem here.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

Hello dear Masviss
I defined the LCR as E2A in X8,Contact with all Siemens devices is established:
I have this problem with the 4K V10
E1 4k v7 with Hipath 3800 calls are Ok
E1 4k v7 with Hipath 3550 calls are Ok
E1 4k v7 with Hipath X8 calls are Ok
E1 4k v10 with Hipath X8 calls are Not Ok. only call from 4k V10 to X8 is Ok

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
all of system 3550, 3800 and X8 systems with 4K V10 have this problem as well.
Only connection is established from the 4k v10 side

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

In your original ADD-TDCSU line you have no digit prefix (DGTPR). In the 2nd one, you have a DGTPR of 4000. Is that right? You want to prefix all calls with 4000? And you have a WABE added for STN 4000 but is it added?

Like I said, you are not sending digits to the 4K that it can use, and don't forget you are now putting 4000 on the front of every incoming call, which does not sound right.

There is no V10 problem here. There is an Asghar configuration problem.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

Is the phone 4000 plugged into the port?
Please show

How many subscriber numbers
have you programmed for OS4K?
4000&&4999?

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
Dear Masviss
Because it was not possible to call 4k subscribers,
I set the DGTPR trunk destination to test 4000, but the 4000 phone does not ring.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

Kndef is usually configured but doesn’t have to be. If this is your problem depends on what digits are coming in.

V10 is always tracing. You can download the files from Assistant, expert mode, permanent logging. Post a trace.

You need to increase the number of b-channels to 30 in TDCSU
because there are 30 of these channels on OSBiz.
Or reduce the number of b-channels on the OSBiz to 5.

but This is TDCSU Trunk in Openscape 4000 V10 .and not Ok

I see only one difference in these two paths and that is COTX
Hipath 4000 COTX = 2
Openscape 4000 V10 COTX = 5
Unfortunately, I can't change COTX 5 to 2 , it says F20: COTX 2 DOES NOT EXIST
Does COTX have an effect?

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

Show REG-COT:5;
COTX is assigned by default.
It does not need to be changed.
Do you have licenses for subscribers and network
for OSBiz?
QSIG will not work without a network license for OSBiz.
Without network licenses for OSBiz, you can
call from OS4K to OSBiz.
There is no going back.

yes License Networking and S2M ant TDM are available in OSBIZ
but 4K License is GRACE PERIOD.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

It is necessary to conduct trace of ISDN trunks or OSBiz - OS4K
or vice versa.
Without this, it is difficult to determine something.
How to do this is very difficult for me to explain.
No need to give extra information.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

Although of course the B channels should be the same, you can see it isn't the problem in this case because there is a returned CALL PROC. You don't get a call proc with a B channel negotiation failure.
If both devices are starting from B channel 1 - you can worry about 6&&30 later. Also with an attempted call from OSBiz visible in the log, its unlikely to be a license issue.

From V10 the tracing is done automatically, if it's working as it should. Under Permanent Logging, you need the files from Mega Traces page, make sure the time period is correct for the test call.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

In that trace there is an alert, connect, connect acknowledge. Something answered that call.

As you haven't posted the 4K trace and I've asked twice, I'm going to drop out of this.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
sorry Mr.Moriendi
Was this 4k report correct?

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

For OSBiz, do as in the picture.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
I did exactly as you requested but still no connection.
I have already launched in different E1 projects and all are normal.
But in 4K V10 device I have problem with incoming calls. Please help me to solve this problem.
Thank you very much for your cooperation

It's interesting for me, when I dial the X8 user from 4K, I activate the Callback option, the X8 gives an alarm to 4K and the call is established,
but in normal mode, it is not possible to call 4K.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

As I see in the kds file the E1 cable is included in channel 10-1?

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

Change as in the pictures

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

at the first of it was PRI QSIG ECMA slave according that fracture.
because it not answered i change for test now.
I was change every protocol two system were ready I only con not dialing from x8 t0 4000 .the lcd Phone write busy.
I return it to PRI QSIG ECMA slave now.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

I already showed you

on X8 dial 78014000

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
I defined the access code 7801 for the first line of the trunk. I deactivated the LCR tick.but with the code 7801 number 4000, I can't dial.
I activated the LCR tick and defined the route, whether with access code or without access code, the outgoing call is not Ok.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

Do you have a 1000 subscriber license enabled?

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
yes i have TDM . Networking and S2M B channel Licenses .All of them are active .I installed about 30
nglish

I have installed about 50 X8, 3800 and 4000 devices. I have never been bothered like this before. Whatever I do, it doesn't work. It is not possible to connect to 4K with different devices.
But instead of 4K, I use the Hip 4000 device and the call is established.

Do calls to OSBiz pass from OS4k?

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
Yes, even when calling the DIUN2 LED card, both devices light up.

Should options such as DID or Node number or KNDEF be defined for incoming calls in OS 4K?
But I set the same settings in Hip 4000 and the call is established without giving the destination of the call in the DGTPR fiel.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

Well, call from OSBiz to OS4K.
And what?

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

This is the finish line.
My brain was boiling.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
The call cannot be made.
I was ashamed of you. I'm sorry
excuse me Dear

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

And if you do a set of 78014000 or
just 4000 on X8?
And if you do on OS4k a set dial
from 4000 to 4001, then does 4001 ring?

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
STN On X8= 1000
STN on 4K= 4000

Now I just decided to send the number 4000 to 4K, unfortunately it didn't work.
Of course, I also tested with access code 0 and disabled the LCR tick, but it didn't work

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

Press the START button.
And you need to call from the X8 1000 phone
dial only 4000 without dialing 0.
Do trunk trace like this and show me

DUIN must be 10-1-1

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
Internal calls between subscribers are established between 4K (4000&4001)
But from X8, I get any of these stations, there is a problem.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

I need a trunk trace from X8.
It is necessary to understand
the reason for release.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
I was ashamed, I had gone to lunch, I answered late.
God bless your family. I gave you a headache.
Sorry

Ok.
The number 1000 does not exist in the kds file that you sent.
Did you send the correct kds file?
Can I see a kds file with a real OSB?

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

You have problems in the OSBiz.
You need to change the QSIG protocol
as in the figure

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
When I activate the EQMA QSIG SLAVE protocol, it does not send any signal to 4K. Even the lights of two cards do not blink.
PSS1 and Cornet protocols only send signals,
but with protocol EQMA from 4K to phone X8 rings.

This log is outgoing Call from DIUN2 X8:

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

I think the problem is in the DIUN2 board
for this OSB software version.
It needs to be replaced with DIUT2.
This is recommended by the manufacturer.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

(OP)
I put different types of DIUN2 modules. I also tested with 3800, 3550 and Hip 4000 V7 devices, it is exactly the same.
I will put DIUT2 modules tomorrow. I will let you know the result.
This problem is from the side of 4K V10, because none of them can contact V10.

Is it possible because of the license?
If the call is licensed, then why is the call made from 4K to X8!
This is my log License :

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

I don't see why this would be a problem with the DIU, you can see even in the X8 trace the 4K disconnects the call with reason 'Call Barred', I don't think you can blame the X8 DIU for that.
A missing node number in the 4K TDCSU can cause strange problems too, I would not leave that blank.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

I have not worked with OS4K in grace mode.
I do not know what happens when working in grace period.

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

Grace period is OK - it does not stop anything from working correctly during the Grace period

RE: connection E1 between X8 and Eco server 4000 V10

I think it would be better if the trunk between the Siemens devices in this device is Cornet protocol.
But I could not select the protocol types.
God help me. If there is a cost, I will pay. I have been involved in this work for two weeks

EQMAV1 protocol I put it too, but it didn't work.
According to your instructions, replace the OSBIS card with DIUT2X100 and the OS4K card with DIUT2 X200 instead, it has exactly the same problems as before.

I did everything on this device, not only X8, other devices with 4KV10 have this problem.

Hello, dear Masviss
First, I converted the Echo Server device with the other hard drive to version 7.
The communication between the two sides of the device was activated.
Then I activated version 10 on this hard drive. Only with the ETSI protocol and the two sides of the Master,
the communication between the two sides is activated.
Mr. Masviss, the most important point was COSSU, communication with this COSSU was activated.
