Dear ucxguy,

How about to use the Call Center Reporting?
are there any samples to show the following as:

a. daily total of incoming calls to IVRS
b. daily total of selection at every level
c. daily total of calls transferred out of IVRS to local telephone nos.

Appreciated your help!

RE: Emetrotel CDR for IVRS

Call Center Reports generate reports for queues, not for IVR's.

Dear ucxguy,

Is there any tools or feature which can provide the IVR report?

Thx!

RE: Emetrotel CDR for IVRS

As far as I know, the only place where IVR related information is available is the Asterisk full log. It would be necessary to parse the log to get the info you are looking for.
