  • So, trying to install SS rn and I'm close to the final step only to get blocked with this... the files from the Avaya website same as the linux base ISO both revs match whats on my CS CPPM. No clue what happened...

RE: SS "Please upload an appropriate load"

Wait.. Just realized the file has a release version of 7.65 AND 7.5.... bit confused.. anyone else seen this?

RE: SS "Please upload an appropriate load"

so looking at your deployment manager its on 7.5 is that what your systems are on? The applications load you added is 7.6 so would not be the right one, on the support site you want this

Funny enough... That's the one I loaded.. Direct from Avaya, I think their site might be garbage and gave me the wrong file

RE: SS "Please upload an appropriate load"

did the filename etc. look like 7.5 or was it wrong? Clicking https://download.avaya.com/tsoweb/CS1000/7.5/cs100... the name looks right not completed download yet to confirm. If you are still struggling I might have it on a removable drive somewhere all ours have ben 7.6 for some time.

RE: SS "Please upload an appropriate load"

The file I downloaded from that link looks good if I open the nai file in 7zip

RE: SS "Please upload an appropriate load"

Yea that link works.. Odd it served me the wrong one..
