Any information/firmware on the M5317T ISDN phones?

Any information/firmware on the M5317T ISDN phones?

(OP)
I came across a Meridian M5317TDX ISDN phone recently that used to be used with an SL-1 or DMS-100 system quite some time ago. I have a Cisco ISDN router with the proper card in my lab, so I plugged it in and was able to figure out getting it to make calls in and out. Apparently, there is a newer version of firmware and a PC application that existed at one point for this set according to some older Meridian1 and user documentation I found on the Internet, but since Nortel is long gone, I can't find anywhere on the Internet where the application and firmware exists.

Does anyone out there have an archive of the Nortel files that might have the PC application and the firmware? Firmware on this set went up to (at least) 3.3A. My handset is running 1.28A. I know it's a long shot, but it has been kinda neat to have this old handset somewhat working on a modern SIP system.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
