NEC SL1000 - Call forwarding and line busy problem.

NEC SL1000 - Call forwarding and line busy problem.

(OP)
Hi!

At our company we have a NEC SL1000 and there are 2 things that are happening that I wish to solve but I don't know how to.

1. After we hang a call the line stays busy for about 30 seconds, and only thens clear up

2. We have call forward setup to an external number, but before forwarding to that number, it goes to another line and only then transfers to the external number. I notice this because on the phone the led for line 1 becomes red, after a few seconds line 2 becomes red and then only after the call is forward to the external number. And after that, both lines also stay busy for about 30s.

Anyone can help on this?

Thank you!
